Excellent customer service, beautiful heirloom-quality products, I can't say enough about how much I love Why and Whale! I will always shop here first.
The three pegs are wooden and really cute! Perfect for pretend thru the holidays
Such a sweet sail boat with two friend! Great for small world play and very open ended. Such a beautiful sweet set
I bought this for my son’s 2nd birthday because it’s absolutely the cutest play food set I could find—and I spent months perusing dozens and dozens of wooden play food sets on the internet. It’s a little smaller than I expected though! I guess it’s fine for tiny hands, and my son really loves to play with it anyways. His favorite is the lemons, and he calls the cat food yogurt (or “nuggurt” lol). I bought this alongside Manhattan Toy Company’s bunny mixer, ribbit waffle maker, bird espresso machine, and bunny hop mixer—I noticed the little food pieces with these toys were a lot more interactive. Like the milk and syrup bottles and sugar jar have tops that come off, which is super cute and is better for children immersed in pretend play. This set is just painted pieces of solid wood with some stickers slapped on (excluding the lemons which are genuinely cute). My son gets frustrated that the tops don’t open, though he seems satisfied overall so I’m not too upset. I just thought it would be a bit more bang for my buck! I might have a go with some of the round containers with a Forstner bit and my drill… ;)
What a sweet little boat! My granddaughter loves it.
The stars and planets have aligned with this beautiful new wooden set from Grapat.
Surprise & delight for months to come with a Maileg or Holztiger Subscription!
